 All orders must be
paid in full upon completion of job. |
| We accept cash, check
and both Visa and Mastercard payments. |

 Star Printing does not
modify customers original file. All submitted files are downloaded to our system prior to
inspection and modification. Your original file and disk will be returned with your order. |
| While Star routinely
backs up all files to an archive there is no assurance on Stars part that backed up files
will be available at any future date. If you believe you will want to access your modified
file, or a file we have created for you, we recommend you order a copy at the time you
place your order. You can order a copy on either a: - Zip disk 100MG capacity $40.00 The disk or CD with a copy of your file will be sent with your product shipment. |
| Archive searches for
files after product shipment carry a $20.00 search fee. The search fee will be waived if
we have the file and a reprint is ordered. |
| Customer supplied film
is stored for a period of 6 months from last use. Arrangements must be made if storage is
required for a longer period. Supplied files for the Web press will be stored for a period
of 3 issues (ie: 3 weekly - 3 monthly - 3 quarterly).

| If your job does not
reasonably resemble your approved proof or contains abnormal imperfections in excess of
equipment tolerances, we will redo it for free. This guarantee does not cover errors
contained in your proof, exact color matches nor any verbal instructions not supplied in
writing. Items covered by this Guarantee must be returned to Star Printing to qualify. |
Standard turn around on most jobs from film or disk in as little as 5 days. From your mock
up and copy in as little as 14 days, depending on the difficulty of the job. Faster turn
times may be available. Call with your requirements, we will let you know how fast we can
complete your job and if additional charges will be necessary.
